Financial Sector (Shareholdings) Act 1998

Notice of approval under subsection 14(1)

 

I, JOSH FRYDENBERG, Treasurer, being satisfied that it is in the national interest, under subsection 14(1) of the Financial Sector (Shareholdings) Act 1998, approve Police & Nurses Limited ACN 087 651 876 to hold 100 per cent of the gross assets and liabilities of Bananacoast Community Credit Union Limited ACN 087 649 750.

 

This approval has immediate effect and remains in force indefinitely.
