Notice of Approval of the Timber Plantation
Operations Code of Practice for Queensland
I, ANNE RUSTON, Assistant Minister for Agriculture and Water Resources, having found, in accordance with subsection 4B(2) of the Export Control (Unprocessed Wood) Regulations, that the Timber Plantation Operations Code of Practice for Queensland in the State of Queensland would satisfactorily protect environmental and heritage values, give notice that on the day of 2016, I approved this code of practice in accordance with subsection 4B(1) of those regulations.
