NOTICE OF APPLICATION UNDER

THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (SEA DUMPING) ACT 1981

Pursuant to Section 25 of the Environment Protection (Sea Dumping) Act 1981, notice is hereby given that:

 

An application was made on 16th February 2016 by the State of Queensland acting through the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Floor 17, 313 Adelaide Street, Brisbane Queensland 4000, to load and dump at sea up to 280,000m3 of dredge spoil derived from maintenance dredging within the Rosslyn Bay Boat Harbour over a 10 year duration.
