NOTICE EXTINGUISHING EASEMENT

I, Raymond Leslie McInnes, delegate of the Minister for Finance, acting under subsection 123(1) of the Lands Acquisition Act 1989, in respect only of the burdened lot listed below extinguish the following easement owned by the Commonwealth of Australia:
Burdened Lot: Lot 1009 in Deposited Plan 75824 in the area named Smithfield Hundred of Munno Para, South Australia, Volume 6273 Folio 34.
Easement: Easement for the purpose of excavating, constructing, laying, using, examining, altering, repairing, renewing and maintaining pipes for sewerage purposes in and under the land marked D on F257437 (T 3690219).
Acquiring authority: Commonwealth of Australia.
