NOTICE ASSIGNING SECURITY CONTROLLED AIRPORT CATEGORY

I, CHRISTINE DEEGAN, Director, Transport Security Operations, Aviation and Maritime Security Division, under subsection 28(6) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004,
ASSIGN the airports listed in Table 1 as Designated airports; and
ASSIGN the airports listed in Table 2 as Tier 1 security controlled airports; and
ASSIGN the airports listed in Table 3 as Tier 2 security controlled airports; and
ASSIGN the airports listed in Table 4 as Tier 3 security controlled airports.
