Aviation Transport Security Act 2004
NOTICE ASSIGNING AIRPORT CATEGORISATION – TOWNSVILLE AIRPORT
I, PAULINE MARGARET SULLIVAN, General Manager, Transport Security Operations, Office of Transport Security:
REVOKE Notice A02655 which assigned Townsville Airport as a Category Category 3 security controlled airport, as published in the Gazette S259 on 22 December 2011; and
ASSIGN Townsville Airport as a Category 2 Security Controlled Airport, as further defined under regulation 3.10B of the Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005
This Notice comes into force on the date of signature below and remains in force unless otherwise revoked in writing.
