Aviation Transport Security Act 2004
NOTICE ASSIGNING AIRPORT CATEGORISATION - ILLAWARRA REGIONAL AIRPORT
I, PETER WHITE, General Manager, Transport Security Operations, Office of Transport Security, under subsection 28(2) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004,
ASSIGN Illawarra Regional Airport as a Category 5 security controlled airport, as further defined under regulation 3.01B of the Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005.
This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette and is effective from 16 October 2017.
