NOTICE ASSIGNING AIRPORT CATEGORISATION – DUBBO CITY REGIONAL AIRPORT
I, PAULINE MARGARET SULLIVAN, General Manager, Transport Security Operations, Office of Transport Security, under subsection 28(6) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004:
REVOKE Notice A04253which assigned Dubbo City Regional Airport as a Category 7 security controlled airport, as published in the Gazette (No. GN 44, 7 November 2012); and
ASSIGN Dubbo City Regional Airport as a Category 3 security controlled airport, as further defined under regulation 3.01B of the Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005.
This Notice comes into force on 4 March 2013 and remains in force unless otherwise revoked in writing.
