NOTICE ASSIGNING AIRPORT CATEGORISATION – BUSSELTON-MARGARET RIVER AIRPORT
I, DAMON BARRETT, Acting Director, Transport Security Operations, Aviation and Maritime Security, under subsection 28(6) of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004:
REVOKE Notice NTC-8995 which assigned Busselton-Margaret River Airport as a Category 6 security controlled airport, as published in the Gazette, C2015G01375, 26 August 2015; and
ASSIGN Busselton-Margaret River Airport as a Category 3 security controlled airport, as further defined under regulation 3.01B of the Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005.
This Notice commences upon publication in the Gazette.
