1 Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Northern Territory National Emergency Response (Town Camps) Declaration 2007 (No. 2).

2 Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Town camps

For paragraph 4(2)(d) of the Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007, each town camp mentioned in the Schedule is a prescribed area.

The Northern Territory National Emergency Response (Town Camps) Declaration 2007 (No. 2) (in force under subsection4(3) of the Northern Territory National Emergency Response Act 2007) as shown in this compilation is amended as indicated in the Tables below.
