REGULATIONS UNDER THE NORTHERN TERRITORY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1910-1965.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following regulations under the Northern Territory (Administration) Act 1910-1965.

Amendments of the Northern Territory Legislative Council (Fees, Allowances and Expenses) Regulations.†
Fees of elected and non-official members.
1. Regulation 5 of the Northern Territory Legislative Council (Fees, Allowances and Expenses) Regulations is amended by inserting, after the word “Council”, the words “, other than the President,”.
2. After regulation 5 of the Northern Territory Legislative Council (Fees, Allowances and Expenses) Regulations the following regulations are inserted:—
Fee of President.
“5a. The President shall receive a fee at the rate of One thousand two hundred pounds per annum.
Entertainment allowance of President.
“5b. The President shall receive an entertainment allowance at the rate of One hundred and fifty pounds per annum.”.
