NOMINATED CARRIER DECLARATION No. 208 MADE – VIASAT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD
I, Dominic Byrne, delegate of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), being satisfied that:
(a) if this declaration were made, Viasat Australia Pty Limited ACN: 092 010 421 (the applicant) would be in a position to comply with all the obligations imposed on the applicant in the applicant’s capacity as the nominated carrier in relation to the network units described below; and
(b) the making of this declaration will not impede the efficient administration of:
(i) the Telecommunications Act 1997;
(ii) the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 and regulations under that Act;
declare that Viasat Australia Pty Limited, holder of carrier licence number 622, is the nominated carrier in relation to the satellite-based facilities operating on ViaSat-3 Flight 3 APAC satellite system, located at orbital position 158.55°E under ITU filing UK-KA-159E, and owned by Viasat Inc. (Company Identifier 2676843).
