New South Wales Class 3 Grain Harvest Management Scheme Mass Exemption (Notice) 2014 (No. 1) Amendment Notice (No. 15)

 

Purpose

  1.    The purpose of this notice is to exempt a heavy vehicle to which it applies from stated prescribed mass requirements in Schedule 1 of the Heavy Vehicle (Mass, Dimension and Loading) National Regulation.

Authorising Provision

2.       This notice is made under section 119, and section 23 of Schedule 1, of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL).

Commencement

3.       This notice commences on the date of publication in the Commonwealth Gazette.

Expiry

4.       This notice expires when the New South Wales Class 3 Grain Harvest Management Scheme Mass Exemption (Notice) 2014 (No. 1) expires, or is cancelled or revoked.

Title

5.       This notice may be cited as the New South Wales Class 3 Grain Harvest Management Scheme Mass Exemption (Notice) 2014 (No.1) Amendment Notice (No.15).

Amendment

6.       This Notice amends Schedule 1 of the New South Wales Class 3 Grain Harvest Management Scheme Mass Exemption (Notice) 2014 (No. 1) by omitting Table 1 of that schedule and replacing it with Table 1 of Schedule 1 of this notice.

  1. Causing unnecessary disruption to any road works in progress or
  2. Causing disruption to telecommunications, electricity, rail, gas, water or sewage services
  3. Causing damage to a road, structure, rail crossing or tree.

Consent shall not be deemed to be a waiver by Council of the right to recover from the permittee or responsible operator or his successors or assigns the cost of repairing damage to any road, bridge, culvert, or causeway, overhead structure by the operation of the vehicle referred to in the permit.
