New South Wales Class 1 Agricultural Vehicles Notice Amendment Notice 2015 (No. 1)
1 Purpose
The purpose of this Notice is to amend APPENDIX 2 of the New South Wales Class 1 Agricultural Vehicles (Notice) 2015 (No.1) published in the New South Wales Government Gazette on 23 March 2015.
2 Authorising Provision
This Notice is made under Section 117, and Section 23 of Schedule 1, of the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
3 Commencment Date
This Notice commences on the date of publication.
4 Amendment
(1) The New South Wales Class 1 Agricultural Vehicles Notice 2015 – APPENDIX 2 is amended as follows—
(a) In the table under clause 3.1 Police omit ‘(02) 8882 1219’ and insert ‘(02) 8882 1436’
