This instrument is the Net Zero Economy Authority (Torrens Island Power Station Geographic Area) Instrument 2024

2 Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 8(1) of the Net Zero Economy Authority Act 2024.

4 Definitions

In this instrument:

Act means the Net Zero Economy Authority Act 2024.

Statistical Area Level 3 has the same meaning as in the Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS) Edition 3.

Dispatchable Unit Identifier has the same meaning as in the National Electricity Rules.

5 Geographic area specification

For the purposes of subsection 8(1) of the Act, this instrument specifies the following Statistical Areas Level 3 as the geographic area in relation to the Dispatchable Unit Identifiers TORRB1, TORRB2, TORRB3 and TORRB4:
