REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912-1942.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912-1942.

Amendment of the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulation.

1. After regulation 16 of the Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations the following regulation is inserted in Part II.:—

Greasers and wipers to be carried by certain ships.

16a. Each of the ships named in the Seventh Schedule shall carry the number of greasers and wipers respectively specified in the Seventh Schedule opposite to the name of that ship.”.

2. The Navigation (Manning, Accommodation and Coasting Trade) Regulations are amended by adding at the end thereof the following Schedule:—
