REGULATION UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Navigation Act 1912.

AMENDMENTS OF THE NAVIGATION (HEALTH) REGULATIONS†

Schedule 7

Schedule 7 to the Navigation (Health) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the heading to clause III ¼ POUND and substituting 100 GRAM ;

(b) by omitting from paragraph 5 of clause III ¼ pound and substituting 100 gram ;

(c) by omitting from paragraph 7 of clause III 60 grains and substituting 4 grams ;

(d) by omitting from paragraph 7 of clause III 200 gallons and substituting 1000 litres ;

(e) by omitting from the heading to clause IV 10 POUND and substituting 4.5 KILOGRAM ;

(f) by omitting from the first paragraph of clause IV one gallon and substituting 1 litre ;

(g) by omitting from the first paragraph of clause IV 10 pounds and substituting 1 kilogram ;

(h) by omitting from the second paragraph of clause IV 10 pounds and substituting 4.5 kilograms ;

(i) by omitting from clause V two gallons and substituting 10 litres ; and

(j) by omitting from clause V ten gallons and substituting 50 litres .
