REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVIGATION ACT 1912-1967.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Navigation Act 1912-1967.

NAVIGATION (CINEMATOGRAPH FILM) REGULATIONS
Citation.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Navigation (Cinematograph Film) Regulations.
Repeal.
2. The Navigation (Cinematograph Film) Regulations (being Statutory Rules 1959, No. 43) are repealed.
Cellulose-nitrate-based film.
3.—(1.) Where cellulose-nitrate-based film is used in cinematograph equipment on a ship registered in Australia or engaged in the coasting trade, the owner and master of the ship are each guilty of an offence against this sub-regulation.
(2.) Where cellulose-nitrate-based film is used in cinematograph equipment on a ship (other than a ship referred to in the last preceding sub-regulation) while the ship is in a port in Australia, the owner, master and agent of the ship are each guilty of an offence against this sub-regulation.
(3.) A person who is guilty of an offence against either of the last two preceding sub-regulations is liable, on summary conviction, to a penalty not exceeding Two hundred dollars.
