REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1918
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1918, to come into operation on and from the dates specified.

Amendment of Naval Financial Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1912, No. 18, as amended to present date).
1. The provisions of Statutory Rules 1920, No. 157, notified in Commonwealth Gazette, No. 74, of 10th September, 1920, shall—
(a) in respect of amendments numbered 29 and 42, be cancelled forthwith and the following amendments are respectively inserted in their stead:—
“29. Regulation 51 (1) is re-numbered 51, as from 1st January, 1920.”
“42. Regulations 92b to 92g inclusive are re-numbered, as from 1st May, 1920, in corresponding order, 91, 92, 92a, 92b, 92c, and 92d.”
(b) in so far as they relate to the amendment of sub-regulation (6) of regulation 50a, apply to paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (6) and not otherwise.
2. Sub-regulation (3) of regulation 50a is further amended, as from 1st July, 1919, as follows:—
(1) by omitting the words “as from 1st July, 1918” in the third line;
(2) by omitting the complete scale of pay and inserting in its stead the following scale:—
