REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1952.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1952.

Amendments of the Naval Establishments Regulations.†
Rates of pay and increments.
1.—(1.) Regulation 43 of the Naval Establishments Regulations is amended by omitting items 84 and 85 from the table in sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in their stead the following items:—
"84 | Assistant (Printing), Grade 1.................... | 902— 958 | 28 |
85 | Assistant (Printing), Grade 2.................... | 958—1,014 | 28 ". |
(2.) Regulation 43 of the Naval Establishments Regulations is amended by inserting after item 154 in the table in sub-regulation (1.) the following item:—
"154a | Supervising Technician, Grade 4............... | 1,756—1,798 | 42". |
Application of amendments.
2. The respective limits of rates of annual salary specified in items 84 and 85 of the table in sub-regulation (1.) of regulation 43 of the Naval Establishments Regulations as amended by the last preceding regulation apply to and in relation to service in the designations opposite to which they are specified on and after the second day of May, 1963.
