REGULATIONS UNDER THE NAVAL DEFENCE ACT 1910-1952.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Naval Defence Act 1910-1952.

Rates of pay and increments.

1. Regulation 43 of the Naval Establishments Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting in the table in sub-regulation (1.) after item 57 the following item:—

Application.

2. The rate of annual salary or the limits of rates of annual salary, as the case may be, opposite to a designation inserted in the table in regulation 43 of the Naval Establishments Regulations by the last preceding regulation apply to and in relation to service in that designation on and after the second day of May, 1963.
