1919. No 60.

 

NAVAL ACCOUNT REGULATIONS UNDER SECTION 63a OF THE AUDIT ACT 1901–1912.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following amendment of the Naval Account Regulations under Section 63a of the Audit Act 1901–1912 to come into operation forthwith.

Naval Account Regulations Under Section 63a of the Audit Act 1901–1912.

Amendment.

Regulation 110 (1) to be amended by the insertion, after the words “by the Governor-General in Council,” of the following:—

“provided that the foregoing shall not apply to works executed at and supplies issued from Commonwealth or State Government Printing Offices, Commonwealth Factories, Commonwealth Workshops, Commonwealth Stores and Commonwealth Dockyards.”
