National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Amendment (Governance and Other Matters) Commencement Proclamation 2020
I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Amendment (Governance and Other Matters) Act 2020, fix the start of 1 January 2021 as the time and day on which Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
