REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendment of the National Security (Supply of Goods) Regulations. †
Definitions.
Regulation 2 of the National Security (Supply of Goods) Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of “the Minister” and inserting in its stead the following definition:—
“‘the Minister’ means the Minister of State for Supply and Development or the Minister of State for Munitions.”.
