REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendment of the National Security (Supplementary) Regulations.†
The National Security (Supplementary) Regulations are amended by adding at the end thereof the following regulation:—
“Investment of Solar Observatory Director’s Account.
87. The Director of the Solar Observatory in the Australian Capital Territory may invest in securities of the Commonwealth any money standing to his credit in the Director’s Account referred to in section 9 of the Solar Observatory Fund Act 1930-1932, and may convert any such securities into money.”.
