REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendments of the National Security (Passport) Regulations.†
Passports, &c., may be cancelled.
1. Regulation 7 of the National Security (Passport) Regulations is amended by omitting the words “an authorized military authority” and inserting in their stead the words “any person thereto authorized by the Minister”.
Lodgment of passports for visé or endorsement.
2. Regulation 8 of the National Security (Passport) Regulations is amended by omitting the word “within” and inserting in its stead the words “not less than”.
