STATUTORY RULES.

1941. No. 247.

 

REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1940.

Amendment of National Security (Medical Co-ordination and Equipment) Regulations.†

Central Medical Co-ordination Committee.

Regulation 3 of the National Security (Medical Co-ordination and Equipment) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (f) of sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—

“(f) the Assistant Secretary, Department of Home Security;”.
