REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1943.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939-1943.

Amendment of the National Security (Emergency Supplies) Regulations.†

After regulation 11 of the National Security (Emergency Supplies) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

Administrative expenses of the Queensland regional area

“11a. Notwithstanding the provisions of the last preceding regulation, the administrative expenses of the administrative authority for the Queensland regional area incurred on and after the first day of July, 1944 shall be borne by the Commonwealth.”.
