REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939–1940.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the National Security Act 1939–1940.

Amendment of National Security (Board of Business Administration) Regulations.†
After regulation 6 of the National Security (Board of Business Administration) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—
Power to co-opt Business Managers.
“6a. The Board may co-opt the Business Manager of any of the Departments as a member of the Board when proposals relating to that Department are under consideration, and the Business Manager so co-opted shall be entitled to attend meetings of the Board, and to exercise the powers of a member of the Board, when such proposals are under consideration.”.
