  These Regulations may be cited as the National Residue Survey Levy Regulations.

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 July 1993.

3 National Residue Survey Levy

 (1) For the purposes of paragraph 9 (2) (b) of the National Residue Survey Administration Act 1992, the rate of National Residue Survey levy prescribed in relation to a product or activity specified in subregulation (2) is $0.00.

 (2) For the purposes of subregulation (1) the following products and activities are specified:

 (h) the milk fat content of relevant dairy produce;

 (j) potatoes;

 (l) citrus fruits;

 (m) table grapes;

 (n) stone fruits;

 (o) dried fruits.
