Making the National Recovery Plan for the
Alpine Sphagnum Bogs and Associated Fens Ecological Community
In accordance with the provisions of Section 278 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, this statement gives notice to the making of the national recovery plan for the Alpine Sphagnum Bogs and Associated Fens Ecological Community (2015). This recovery plan was made by the Minister for the Environment on 21 December 2015 and came into force on 16 January 2016.
