National Reconstruction Fund Corporation Commencement Proclamation 2023
I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 1 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation Act 2023, fix 18 September 2023 as the day on which the whole of that Act commences.
