REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 1975*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975.

AMENDMENTS OF THE NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE REGULATION†
Access to park or reserve may be prohibited or restricted
1. Regulation 8 of the National Parks and Wildlife Regulations is amended—
(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “ if he is of the opinion ” and substituting “ where he has reasonable cause to believe ”; and
(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) “ he is of the opinion ” and substituting “ he has reasonable cause to believe ”.

2. Regulation 12 of the National Parks and Wildlife Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:
“ (2) Nothing in sub-regulation (1) applies in relation to cattle, horses or sheep.”.
