REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953-1971.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Health Act 1953-1971.

NATIONAL HEALTH (VARIATION OF BENEFITS) (No. 7)

REGULATIONS

Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Health (Variation of Benefits) (No. 7) Regulations.

Commencement.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of September, 1972.

Definitions.

3. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the National Health Act 1953-1971.

National Health (Variation of Benefits) (No. 3) Regulations—Amendments.

4. The Schedule to the National Health (Variation of Benefits) (No. 3) Regulations† is amended by omitting from item 6 of table headed “Variations of the Table in the Third Schedule to the Act” the figures:—

Act to have effect as varied.

5. The Act shall have effect as if the tables in the Schedules were varied as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
