National Health Amendment (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Commencement Proclamation 2019
I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the National Health Amendment (Pharmaceutical Benefits) Act 2019, fix 5 December 2019 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
