Determination — Drugs in same therapeutic group (PB 60 of 2007)

1 Commencement [see Note 1]

 This instrument commences on 1 August 2007.

2 Definitions

 In this instrument:

 ACE inhibitor group means the Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor group; 

 ATRA group means the Angiotensin II receptor antagonist group;

 CCB group means the Dihydropyridine calcium-channel blocker group;

 Statins group means the HMG Co-A reductase inhibitor group;

 H2RA group means the H2 receptor antagonist group; and

 PPI group means the Proton pump inhibitor group.

3 Drugs

 A listed drug mentioned in Schedule 1 is in the therapeutic group mentioned, and is in the same therapeutic group as any other listed drug for which that therapeutic group is also mentioned.
