1. Commencement [see Note 1]

 This instrument commences on 1 February 2008.

2. Amendment of PB 87 of 2007

 Schedule 1 amends PB 87 of 2007.

Schedule 1 Amendment

[1] Paragraph 2, after the words ‘The listed drug “Bortezomib” is on F1.

Insert as next item:

The listed drug “Metoprolol succinate” is on F1.
