National Competition Council – Part-time Councillor – Reappointment (No. 2) 2021

I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, under subsection 29C(2) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, reappoint Martin Wallace as a Councillor of the National Competition Council, on a part-time basis, for a period of two years beginning on the day after the date of the signed instrument.
