National Class 2 Heavy Vehicle Controlled Access Bus Authorisation (Notice) 2014 (No.1) and National Class 3 Heavy Vehicle Controlled Access Bus Rear Overhang Dimension Exemption (Notice) 2014 (No.1) Amendment Notice (No.1) 2014.
Purpose
- The purpose of this notice is to amend the National Class 2 Heavy Vehicle Controlled Access Bus Authorisation (Notice) 2014 (No.1) And National Class 3 Heavy Vehicle Controlled Access Bus Rear Overhang Dimension Exemption (Notice) 2014 (No.1).
Authorising Provision
2. This notice is made under Section 138 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law as in force in each state and territory, and Section 23 of Schedule 1 to the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
Title
3. This notice may be cited as the National Class 2 Heavy Vehicle Controlled Access Bus Authorisation (Notice) 2014 (No.1) and National Class 3 Heavy Vehicle Controlled Access Bus Rear Overhang Dimension Exemption (Notice) 2014 (No.1) Amendment Notice (No.1) 2014.
Commencement
4. This notice commences on its publication in the Commonwealth Gazette
Expiry
5. This notice expires on 9 February 2019.
Amendment
6. This Notice amends Schedule 1 of the National Class 2 Heavy Vehicle Controlled Access Bus Authorisation (Notice) 2014 (No.1) And National Class 3 Heavy Vehicle Controlled Access Bus Rear Overhang Dimension Exemption (Notice) 2014 (No.1) by inserting Table 1 of Schedule 1 to this notice in Appendix 1 of Schedule 1 after the following text—
“Class 2 Controlled Access Bus Notice 2010 (NSW) http://www.nsw.gov.au/sites/default/files/Government_Gazette_24_September_0.pdf”
Declaration
I, Sal Petroccitto, delegate of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator authorise the use of controlled access buses as specified in this notice in the stated areas or routes during the stated hours of stated days and subject to the conditions set out in this notice.
