National Capital Plan Draft Amendment 102 – Hume Circle Precinct
The National Capital Authority (NCA) has released National Capital Plan Draft Amendment 102 – Hume Circle Precinct (DA102) for public consultation. The draft amendment can be viewed on the NCA’s public consultation webpage.
The purpose of Draft Amendment 102 – Hume Circle Precinct (DA102) is to enable the renewal of an existing urban area in a manner consistent with the Griffins’ Plan for Canberra and to improve housing supply supporting the national agenda.
The NCA welcomes feedback on DA102 by close of business 3 February 2026. Submissions can be made via email to draft.amendment@nca.gov.au, by mail to GPO Box 373, Canberra ACT 2600, or hand delivered to the Treasury Building, King Edward Terrace, Parkes ACT 2600.
