APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT 32

OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL PLAN

(AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL UNIVERSITY BOUNDARY CHANGES)

I, Ian Douglas Macdonald, Minister for Regional Services, Territories and Local Government, pursuant to Section 19 of the Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988, APPROVE Amendment 32 of the National Capital Plan set out in the attached Schedule.

AMENDMENT 32 OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL PLAN

The National Capital Plan is amended by -

(a) In Figure 9 Central National Area (Acton and Canberra Central (part)) exclude part Hutton Street and part Kingsley Street City and part Block 2 Section 63 Acton from the Designated Area ;

(b) In Figure 9 Central National Area (Acton and Canberra Central (part)) include Blocks 13 and 16 Section 28 City in the Designated Area with a Land Use Category of "Community Facility"; and

(c) by making consequential amendments to Figure 3 Designated Areas and Figure 4 Central National Area Key Map of the Plan.

These amendments are given effect by replacing Figure 3 Designated Areas, the first page of Figure 4 Central National Area Key Map and Figure 9 Central National Area (Acton and Canberra Central (part)) with the amended Figures 3, 4 and 9 as attached.
