Murray–Darling Basin Authority –
Part-Time Chair – Appointment 2020

I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 178(1) of the Water Act 2007, appoint Air Chief Marshal Sir Angus Houston AK, AFC (Retd) as the part‑time Chair of the Murray-Darling Basin Authority for a period of four years commencing from the date of this instrument.
