Ministerial Powers (Acting Arrangements in the Treasury Portfolio) (No. 9) Authorisation 2024

I, Clare O’Neil, Minister for Housing and Minister for Homelessness, under subsections 19(4) and 34AAB(1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, authorise Amanda Rishworth, Minister for Social Services, to act on my behalf in the performance of my functions and duties, or the exercise of my powers, that I may perform or exercise under an Act or a provision of an Act, relating to housing supply and affordability as referred to in the Part of the Schedule to the Administrative Arrangements Order relating to the Department of the Treasury.

This instrument commences on 6 January 2025 and ends on 13 January 2025.
