Ministerial Powers (Acting Arrangements in the Treasury Portfolio) (No. 6) Authorisation 2022

I, Julie Collins, Minister for Housing, Minister for Homelessness, and Minister for Small Business, under subsection 34AAB(1) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, authorise Catherine King, Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, to act on my behalf in the performance of my functions and duties, or the exercise of my powers, that I may perform or exercise under an Act or a provision of an Act, relating to housing supply and affordability or small business policy and programmes, that is referred to in the Part of the Schedule to the Administrative Arrangements Order relating to the Department of the Treasury.

This instrument commences on 9 January 2023 and ends on 20 January 2023.
