PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1912.

Amendment to Commonwealth Military Regulation 2b.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1912 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Dated this twenty-eighth day of March, One thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

REGULATIONS (PROVISIONAL) FOR THE MILITARY FORCES OF THE COMMONWEALTH.

In Regulation 2B—

Cancel—

“Under the Adjutant-General there will be one Director of Personnel, one Director of Rifle Clubs and Reserves, and one Director of Medical Services and Cadets.”

and substitute therefore—

“Under the Adjutant-General there will be one Assistant Adjutant-General and Director of Personnel, one Director-General of Medical Services, one Director of Rifle Associations and Clubs, and one Director of Physical Training.”
