Migration Amendment (Skilling Australians Fund) Commencement Proclamation 2018
I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Migration Amendment (Skilling Australians Fund) Act 2018, fix 12 August 2018 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
