Migration Amendment (Giving Documents and Other Measures) Commencement Proclamation 2023
I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Migration Amendment (Giving Documents and Other Measures) Act 2023, fix 1 November 2023 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
