NOTICE UNDER SUBSECTION 96(2)

 

 

SPECIFICATION OF PASS MARK IN RELATION TO APPLICATIONS FOR

SKILLED – AUSTRALIAN-SPONSORED (MIGRANT) (CLASS BQ) VISAS

 

 

I, PHILIP RUDDOCK, Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, acting under subsection 96(2) of the Migration Act 1958 (“the Act”), hereby specify that the pass mark in relation to applications for Skilled – Australian-sponsored (Migrant) (Class BQ) visas for the purposes of the Act and the Migration Regulations 1994 is 110 points.

 

This notice has effect on and from 1 July 1999.
