Medical Indemnity (Non-participating MDOs) Determination 2003

I, KAY CHRISTINE LESLEY PATTERSON, Minister for Health and Ageing, acting under subsection 12 (1) of the Medical Indemnity Act 2002, determine that each MDO mentioned in Schedule 1 is not a participating MDO.

This Determination commences on gazettal.
