1952. No. 45.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE MEAT EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1935-1950.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Meat Export Control Act 1935-1950.

AMENDMENTS OF THE MEAT EXPORT CONTROL (FEES, SALARIES AND EXPENSES) REGULATIONS.

Salary of Chairman of Board.

1. Regulation 5 of the Meat Export Control (Fees, Salaries and Expenses) Regulations is amended by omitting the words “Two thousand one hundred” and inserting in their stead the words “Two thousand two hundred”.

Salary of employees’ representative.

2. Regulation 7 of the Meat Export Control (Fees, Salaries and Expenses) Regulations is amended by omitting the words “One thousand one hundred” and inserting in their stead the words “One thousand two hundred”.

Commencement.

3. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of July, 1951.
